My Ladies' Bible Study Group has committed to fasting and praying each Thursday. That is the day that we meet. Questions have arisen as to how fasting and praying are connected in the Bible and how this helps strengthen our spiritual petitions. This guide was very helpful in explaining this. My only suggestion to make it better would be to condense the type a little more so that you don't have to print out so many pages.
